Workplace simulation platform

Practice the work
before it becomes real.

FinderK is a workplace simulation platform. Rehearse the hard 1:1, the customer escalation, the production incident — with autonomous AI coworkers, real tools, and honest feedback.

How it works

    The bet we're making

Most workplace training doesn't change behavior.

Watching videos doesn't build judgment. Quizzes measure recall, not action. Roleplays feel fake and train the wrong instincts. Six months after the training, most people can't name a real moment it helped them.

FinderK is built on the opposite bet — only practice in believable, consequential situations produces change you can point to.

    • Videos

Watched, not practiced. Recall fades, behavior doesn't change.

    • Quizzes

Measure recall. They don't measure what you'd actually do.

    • Roleplays

Feel fake. Often train the wrong instincts because the situation isn't real.

    How it works

One simulation. Briefing, practice, debrief, transfer.

    1. 01

      Briefing

Five minutes. The company, your role, the situation, and what success looks like.

    2. 02

      Simulation

You enter a workplace already in motion. AI coworkers are working. Tickets are open. Customers are typing. You do what you would do — open the IDE, send a message, file the ticket, make the call. Everything shapes what happens next.

    3. 03

      Debrief

Evidence-by-evidence. Not “communication: 72%” — instead, “you waited 18 minutes to acknowledge the incident; here's what happened in those minutes.”

    4. 04

      Transfer

Three days later, we ask: did you apply this for real? Over time, you can prove you're getting better at the things that matter.

    The difference

What makes a FinderK simulation different

    • Autonomous, not reactive.

      Agents

Our agents have their own goals, schedules, memory, and pressure. They escalate without you. They make decisions while you're thinking. They feel like people.

    • Real, not simulated.

      Tools

Real IDE. Real terminal. Real Git. Real CI. Real Kubernetes. When an engineer practices an incident, they're not clicking through a slideshow — they're shipping code.

    • Hidden state. Real weight.

      Consequences

Customer trust drops when you brush them off. Your manager's patience runs out. There are no rails — your tradeoffs have real weight inside the world.

    • Behavior change, measured.

      Transfer

We don't measure completion rates or quiz scores. We measure whether you applied what you practiced in real life. That's the only number that matters.

    For each audience

    One platform. Three doors in.

Practice the moments before they matter.

You have a 1:1 on Friday. A pitch next week. An interview Tuesday. Practice the actual conversation, not the theory.

    • 5,000+ verified simulations across roles
    • AI-generated custom sims for your specific situation
    • Buy a single sim, a pack, or subscribe
    • Optional ambient layer — practice suggestions before your real meetings

    Quality you can verify

Every simulation passes a quality bar before it ships.

    • Finderk-curated

Editorial review by our content team. The default trust signal across the library.

    • Expert-verified

Co-signed by a named domain expert, with their bio and credentials visible on every simulation.

    • Partner-verified

Co-built with brands of authority in their domain. Partner announcements coming.

5,000+ simulations across roles and skills. We retire content that doesn't produce real-world transfer.

    Questions

    The honest answers.

    • How is this different from an LMS or course platform?

We don't sell courses. We sell rehearsal. The simulation is the product — you do the work in a believable environment, with autonomous coworkers and real tools, and walk out with evidence of what changed in your judgment. Courses sit around simulations when useful, but they're not what's for sale.

    • How are FinderK's AI agents different from “AI tutors”?

AI tutors wait for you to ask. FinderK agents have their own goals. Your manager pings you because standup just ended. The customer drafts an angry email regardless of whether you've messaged them. The exec joins the incident channel if you haven't responded in 8 minutes. They aren't reacting to you — they're working alongside you.

    • Is this for engineers, or for everyone?

Both. FinderK started with technical scenarios — real IDE, real terminal, real Kubernetes — because that's where the fidelity gap is biggest. But the platform handles every kind of work: sales discovery calls, hard 1:1s, customer escalations, design critiques, executive presentations.

    • Does practicing in a simulation actually transfer to real situations?

That's the question we obsess over. Three days after every simulation, we ask whether you applied what you practiced. The answer becomes part of your record — and our internal measure of which simulations work. We retire content that doesn't transfer.

    • How does engagement work for teams?

Per-seat annual licensing for the curated library. An authoring license on top if you want to build your own simulations. Custom contracts for enterprise. Talk to us.

    • I run an online course. Can I embed FinderK in it?

Yes. We support SCORM, xAPI, and LTI, with native integrations in progress for major course platforms. Your students click from your course into a FinderK simulation and back, with completion data flowing both ways.

    • Is my data safe? What about the ambient AI watching my calendar?

Ambient calendar integration is fully opt-in and granular. We never read more than necessary to surface a suggestion. SOC 2 in progress. Delete-everything is one click, always.

Practice the work. Before it counts.

Start with a free simulation. Five minutes from now you'll know whether this changes how you handle the next real one.
