FinderK is a job simulation platform. People do realistic work in original, fictional companies, using mail, chat, documents, spreadsheets and other work apps, alongside AI coworkers. Their work is reviewed against a clear rubric and builds a record of their skills.

Longer description

FinderK is a job simulation platform where learners, instructors, schools and employers use realistic workplace simulations. Each simulation places a person in a fictional company with real work apps and AI coworkers. Their work is reviewed against a rubric written for that job, and the results build a record of their skills. Instructors run cohorts, organizations train and hire with it, and creators publish their own simulations.
