Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Finderk ("Finderk", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, interactive demo, and waitlist (the "Service"). We've kept it short and plain.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional company/team, and the context in which you submitted (for example, whether it was from the landing page, sign-in, or the demo).
• Demo activity. The interactive demo runs in your browser and stores its state locally (in your browser's storage) so your progress persists between visits. This data stays on your device.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-conscious analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate traffic and improve the Service. This may include pages visited, approximate location, device, and referrer.

2. How we use information

• to contact you about early access and respond to your enquiries;
• to operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• to understand how the Service is used in aggregate; and
• to protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

3. How information is processed

Waitlist and contact submissions are processed via Netlify Forms (our hosting provider). Analytics are processed by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and local storage

The demo uses your browser's local storage to remember your session and preferences. Analytics may set cookies. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so will reset the demo.

5. Data retention

We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to evaluate access and respond to you, and then for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted by emailing contact@finderk.com. You can opt out of analytics using browser controls or extensions.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
