These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Finderk website, the interactive product demo, and the waitlist (together, the "Service"), operated by Finderk ("Finderk", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The demo and sample accounts

The Service is currently provided as a demonstration. The sample accounts, scenarios, coworkers, scores, and analytics are illustrative only, generated for the purpose of showing how Finderk works. They do not represent real people, real performance data, or a live production environment, and should not be relied upon for any decision.

2. Eligibility and access

Access to the full product is invite-only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We may grant, limit, suspend, or withdraw access to any part of the Service at our discretion and without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service or its infrastructure;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its content without our written permission; or
• misrepresent your identity or submit another person's information without consent.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Finderk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own evaluation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Submissions

Information you submit through the waitlist or contact forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and confirm you have the right to provide it.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finderk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
